Returning to our previously scheduled programme [link] – and about time too, eh? – here’s the large and extremely dangerous Dimitri Bovvamog preparing for his title match against the one and only Hound (over here: [link] ) with the aid of his custom-made dumbbells. They’re pretty effective for exercising the old arm-muscles; you just have to be careful not to hold them directly side-by-side, or the blue handles disappear and the weights drop on your feet.

Hound’s also been keeping busy with his own training regime, as can be seen here: [link] , here: [link] and here: [link] . You may notice that Mr Grey and Mr Bovvamog have taken contrasting approaches to their pre-match preparations – Hound is focusing mostly on improving his agility, while Big D is concentrating on making himself stronger. This may provide some indication of the tactics they’ll each be employing during the match, but at this stage it’s still anyone’s guess who'll ultimately walk away (or at least be carried off on a stretcher) with the championship belt. All we can say with any certainty is that the people at the wrestling arena have got an extra-large delivery of bandages and sticking plasters on order.
