Here's another bit of unusualness; an illustration coloured by me, but drawn by somebody else. That particular somebody was Chris Christison, all-round splendid fellow and one of my Crazy Lizard comrades, and he doodled the above image to act as a guild banner (or some such thing) for an online space combat game. I forget how small fluffy rodents were connected with this. Anyway, Chris asked if I could add some colour to the proceedings, and how could I refuse?
The snarly little guy in the cockpit is a character created by Mr Christison while I was still in Bournemouth; he goes by the name of Spikey McHamster, and his look and demeanour was based somewhat on Chris himself, in the sense that he's mostly nocturnal and prone to biting people, and he has a great fondness for beer and guns. You perhaps begin to see why I didn't argue when Chris suggested I break out the coloured pencils.
Mr Christison has his own InformationSuperGallery which can be entered through this handy hyperdoor: [link]
. It's full of great stuff, and there's very little chance of your being bitten or shot while viewing the exhibits, provided you don't make a nuisance of yourself by getting muddy footprints all over the virtual carpet, or something.
